How To Clear Downloads On Windows 10
Hi Guru,
Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.
We would be glad to help you with the issue you are facing today. I understand the difficulty with the problem.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Windows desktop and click on the "" button. The Start Menu will appear.
-
Click on "My Computer," then double click on the icon for your computer's hard drive. This is usually labeled as the C: Drive.
-
Open the folder labeled as "Software Distribution."
-
Locate the folder labeled "Download" and right click on it. A drop down menu will appear.
-
Select "Delete" from the drop down menu and click "Yes" when prompted "Are you sure you want to send to the recycle bin?". That's it - you have successfully removed the Download folder.
Hope this will fix the issue, if not let us know with the updated status and we will be happy to assist you further.
Thank you.
Rakesh C N Microsoft Community.
